I use a strength-based, nonjudgmental approach to therapy. I utilize elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy to help support my clients. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth.
I truly believe that life is about self-discovery and enjoy working with clients to create a safe space to heal and grow.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and graduated from Salem State University with a Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2014.
