Jennifer Royster (LICSW) has over 12 years of experience providing counseling services to diverse populations. Her extensive background allows her to support clients through various challenges, including acute medical concerns, family dynamics, birth, adoption, anxiety, depression, ADHD, end of life, and bereavement.
Jennifer believes Ralph Waldo Emerson said it best that "the only person you are destined to become is the person that you decide to be". Jennifer uses a strength-based, nonjudgmental approach. She utilizes elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy to help support her clients.
